OMAHA BUYER’S BROKER PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES & BENEFITS TO EVERY FULL-TIME LICENSED ASSOCIATE:

  • A full-featured email account with the ability to access your emails anywhere in the world. Integrates seamlessly with Outlook or any email Client you happen to use.
  • Shared desk space in upscale office with phone and computer
  • Conference room for client meetings
  • Training room for public seminars
  • Faxes and Copies (up to 500 per month at no charge)
  • Detailed commission statements
  • Automatic deposit of commissions within 24 hours of receipt by broker
  • Transaction coordinator to help with paperwork
  • Ongoing training and education
  • A proven business model that allows you to work from home, from one of our offices, or both. You determine your schedule. No “floor time.”
  • After earning $100,000 in commissions during a calendar year, all associates keep 100% of commissions earned (from clients you generate) for the rest of that year (less a $300 per transaction fee).

 

EXPENSES FOR LICENSED ASSOCIATES: Each associate will be responsible for his or her own annual state licensing fees; local, state, and national REALTOR® association fees; monthly MLS access fees; and a $100 annual license administration and supervision fee.

Commission Program Options

There is no limit to the amount of income that you can earn! Compensation is based on commission so you will not be held back by subjective evaluations or limited annual raises. Our generous commission schedule rewards performance! You will have full control over your earning potential and over your career.

PLATINUM PROGRAM (100%) – Designed for experienced TOP PRODUCERS that have proven their ability to run their own business successfully.

  • Associate keeps 100% of all commission earned from client generated by the associate, less a $250 administrative fee. 
  • Associate pays a monthly office and support fee of $1000 ($1500 for private office)
  • No minimum number of transactions

 

GOLD PROGRAM (75%) – Designed for the MAJORITY OF EXPERIENCED SALES ASSOCIATE that require normal company support.

  • Associate keeps 75% of all commission earned from client generated by associate
  • No monthly fees to brokerage
  • Must have a minimum of 2 transactions per quarter (or 8 per year) to stay on this program the following calendar year

 

SILVER PROGRAM (60%) – Designed for NEW LICENSEES and PART-TIME ASSOCIATES.

  • Associate keeps 60% of all commission earned
  • No monthly fees to brokerage
  • No minimum number of transactions
  • This is the mandatory plan for all newly licensed full-time agents for first six months during extensive training and mentoring period
  • After 6 months of service, and 2 transactions in one quarter, associate moves to Gold Program
  • NOTE: This is the rate paid to all associates, regardless of commission program, for client generated by company and assigned to associate

Recruiting Bonuses & Residuals

ALL LICENSED ASSOCIATES CAN QUALIFY FOR RECRUITING BONUSES AND LIFETIME RESIDUAL INCOME – EVEN IF YOU LEAVE OMAHA BUYER’S BROKER! THIS PROGRAM ENABLES YOU TO EARN GREATER THAN 100% OF YOUR OWN PRODUCTION COMMISSIONS!

Our whole culture depends on agents who understand how to serve clients and work as a team so that everyone prospers. Our associates are our most valuable asset. And we know that the best way to find good associates to grow the firm is through existing associates. So, rather than put one person in charge of recruiting, mentoring, and retention – we encourage every associate to help grow the company! We reward you for finding and recruiting other productive associates who are a good fit with our philosophy and culture.

10% Recruiting Bonus Residuals

We provide a bonus equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions of every agent you directly recruit into the company! This bonus is paid from the broker’s split. It does NOT impact the commission of the new associate you recruit.

Here’s an example: You believe your friend Joe would be a good fit for Omaha Buyer’s Broker. You introduce him to the broker, and Joe goes through the usual application and interview process. Your instincts prove to be correct, and Joe is hired as an agent for the firm.

From that point on, you receive a bonus equivalent to 10% of Joe's gross commission, up to $10,000 per year for as long as both you and Joe are a part of Omaha Buyer’s Broker. Again, the bonus comes from the broker, so it doesn't reduce Joe's commission.

Later, Joe sponsors Susie. Joe will receive the equivalent of 10% of Susie's gross commission up to $10,000 per year. You don't receive any financial bonus from Susie's work, but Joe will, and that will keep Joe happily working for Omaha Buyer’s Broker – and that benefits YOU!

You may recruit as many new associates as you desire, and the process works the same way for each one.

5% Retirement Residuals Benefit

As if recruiting bonuses were not enough, there’s more to our bonus plan! Since real estate agents are independent contractors, most have no company retirement plan. Typically, when you stop being a real estate agent, your income also stops!

At Omaha Buyer’s Broker, you will continue to receive a retirement bonus equivalent to 5% of the gross commission of all the agents you have directly recruited into Omaha Buyer’s Broker, as long as they stay with us, up to $5,000 per year for each recruited agent. We believe this could make a big difference for your retirement!

And you can even grow your retirement funds after you’ve left the business! You may continue to recruit new agents into the company after you retire, and their production will enhance your retirement plan!

Please note that this benefit is only available to those agents who retire from the real estate business altogether. If you return to the business of real estate, with any company other than Omaha Buyer’s Broker, the residual benefits cease.

Profit Sharing Program

Omaha Buyer’s Broker recognizes the importance of the non-licensed employees who provide back office support and licensed managers and associate brokers who provide training, management, and encouragement. These team members enable licensed associates to focus on marketing their business and serving clients.

When possible, profit sharing may be available to all non-licensed employees, and for licensed individuals at the Director or Associate Broker level. The amount available for the profit sharing program will be determined each year, based on annual results and needs of the business.
